Iloilo City–Ginhimo ang send-ceremony sang security personnel para sa East Asian Seas Congress nga iga-host sang syudad.

Nagtambung sa programa sa atubang sang City Hall las-tres kaina sang hapon, Nobyembre 24, sanday Mayor Joe Espinosa, Iloilo City Police Office Director Senior Supt. Martin Defensor Jr, DENR 6 Director Jim Sampulna kag Police Regional Office 6 OIC Deputy Regional Director for Operations Senior Supt. Remus Zacharias Canieso.

1,761 ka PNP personnel ang maga-secure sa mga participants sang EAS Congress; 815 ang magatutok sa security, 862 sa peace and order kag 40 sa emergency preparedness and response. May iga-deploy man nga 55 ka patrol cars, 67 ka motorcycle patrol; duha ka troop carrier; apat ka firetrucks; apat ka ambulansya kag duha ka patrol boats.

Naghatag naman ang DENR bilang partner agency sang 1.5 million pesos nga budget para sa kagastuhanan.

Sugod sa Nobyembre 26, maga-abot sa syudad ang mga delegado halin sa iban nga pungsod gani lauman ang hugot nga seguridad suno kay Public Safety and Transportation Management Office Head Jeck Conlu. Ginabanta sa 900 ka participants ang matambung sa EAS Congress 2018. (AGB)
