Nagpasalig si Police Colonel Roland Vilela nga siguraduhon niya nga mapabilin ang kalinong kag katawhay sa probinsya.

Ginpa-athag ni Vilela ang iya priority programs nga may acronym VILELA ukon “Vigorously eradicate illegal drugs and other forms of criminality; Implement provincial, municipal, and city ordinances; Law enforcement without fear or favor; Enhance management of police operations; end Local communist insurgency; kag Actively support the stakeholders on peace and order.

Dugang ni Vilela, i-prioritize man niya ang kampanya kontra illegal fishing, ilabe na sa Northern Iloilo, pareho sa iya ginhimo sang nangin chief of police siya sa Samal, Davao del Norte.
