Manila – Ginapa-surrender ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte ang tanan nga heinous crime convicts nga napaguwa sang temprano sang sa ila sentensya bangud sa expanded Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) rule.

Suno sa presidente, “All released under GCTA, 1700 of you, you surrender or have yourself registered with the BuCor. I will give you 15 days liberty, provided you make yourself available anytime that you will be called for investigation… If you do not, beginning at this hour, you are a fugitive of justice and will be treated as criminal.”
