State of calamity, gindeklarar ni Pres. Duterte sa bug-os nga pungsod bangud sa COVID-19 pandemic

Manila — Ginpa-idalum ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte sa state of calamity ang bug-os nga pungsod bangud sa COVID-19 pandemic.
Sa Proclamation Number 929 nga ginpirmahan sang presidente sang Marso 16 kag ginpaguwa kahapon, magapabilin ang state of calamity sa sulod sang anum ka bulan, magluwas lang kun temprano nga dulaun ukon palawigon, depende sa sirkumstansya.
Sa state of calamity, maka-access na ang national kag local government sa ila quick response funds agud masabat ang mga kinahanglan sang publiko kag mapabaskog ang disaster preparedness efforts sa away kontra sa COVID-19.
Nabutang man sa mandu ang pag-imponer sang “enhanced community quarantine” sa Luzon nga nagsugod sang Marso 16 kag magalawig tubtob Abril 12.
Nagakahulugan ini sang istrikto nga home quarantine sa mga residente, suspension sang trabaho kag mass transportation, kag mga travel restrictions.
Ginahingyo sa proclamation ang tanan nga ahensya sang gobyerno nga magbuligay kag magkooperar agud ma-mobilize ang resources sa disaster response aid kag mga mga tikang nga ipatuman.
Gintugyan naman sa mga law enforcement groupos pareho sang Armed Forces ang pagsiguro nga magapabilin ang kalinong kagkatawhay samtang napa-idalum sa state of calamity ang pungsod.
while the nation is battling covid 19, Region 6 is only limited to reporting PUI’s and PUM’s. For what we don’t know , there could already be a covid 19 positive here in Region 6. What did our DOH ^ Head do to have a test kit for REgion 6 and an assigned Hospital Laboratory to handle the test?
Remember Region 6 have OFW’s and Balikbayan”s who returned here in Region 6, so they were on;y reported as PUI and PUM’s? DOH 6 are you happy and contented of what were doing? You should have insisted to DOH Head Office the need to test Region 6 suspected covid 19 patients.
