Iloilo City — 80 sa 133 ka local government units (LGUs) sa Western Visayas ang na-release na ang Social Amelioration Program (SAP) sang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Regional Office 6 as of April 13, 2020, 8:00 o’clock in evening.
