(Update) 166 new cases sang COVID-19, na-record sa Passi City

PASSI CITY, Iloilo – Naglab-ut sa 166 tanan ang kumpirmado nga kaso sang COVID-19 nga na-record sa syudad sang Passi kahapon, Enero 27.

Ginkumpirmar ini ni Mayor Stephen Palmares matapos nag-abot ang iban pa nga results sa pag-RT PCR test sa mga vendors sang merkado publiko.

Enero 26, 2021 sang gin-swab ang masobra 600 ka market vendors bangud pito ka vendors ang na-infect sang virus.

Sa una nga results nga nabaton sang LGU tubtob las-2:30 kahapon sang hapon, 84 ang nagpositibo. Pero nadugangan ini sang 82 pagkagab-i. Ang 166 ka nagpositibo ang pinakamadamo nga reported cases sa syudad sa sulod lang sang isa ka adlaw.

“We are already expecting that the cases will suddenly increase. Mass Testing is needed so that we could isolate those who are positive from those who tested negative. Detection of cases is very important at this time,” suno kay Mayor Palmares.

Ginahingyo ni Palmares ang mga residente nga magsunod sa health protocols kag mag-“stay at home.”
