Base ini sa obserbasyon ni Anti-Squatting and Illegal Structure Unit (ASISU) Head Lovejoy Hosenilla sa pag-upod nila sa taga-DILG sa una nga adlaw sang validation sa road clearing operations sa siyudad kahapon, Pebrero 23.
