Suno kay Police Captain Jomel Salarda, OIC sang Culasi Municipal Police Station, nagasunod ang motorsiklo sa bus nga padulong sa San Jose ang direksyon. Samtang nagasunod naman ang bus sa pribado nga salakyan.

Sa imbestigasyon sang police, una nga nag-overtake ang bus sa ginasundan nga salakyan.

Pag-abut sa kurbada nga karsada, nag-overtake man ang motorsiklo sa salakyan kag bus, suno sa police.

Tungod sini, nabungguan sang bus ang motorsiklo kag nagsuhot sa idalum, suno sa police. Ginpabutyag sang driver sang bus nga wala niya natalupangdan ang motorsiklo gani nabungguan.

Magluwas sa 21-anyos nga babaye nga driver kag isa ka tuig nga bata nga napatay, napilasan man ang 19-anyos nga sakay sang motorsiklo, suno sa police.
