P449 million nga Regional Heart & Lung Center sa WVMC gin-inagurahan

ILOILO CITY — Bukas na sa mga pasyente ang Regional Heart and Lung Center sang Western Visayas Medical Center sa Mandurriao.

May duha ka phase ang construction sang nasambit nga center kag sa subong ginapadayon pa ang ikaduha nga phase.

Nagalaum si Dr. Joseph Dean Nicolo, Medical Center Chief sang WVMC, nga matapos ang second phase sang construction kag mangin fully operational ang Regional Heart & Lung Center sa katapusan sang Mayo.

Suno kay Dr. Nicolo, ginapa-abot naman nila ang P300 million nga pondo agud masuguran ang ipatindog nga cancer center nga mangin regional specialty center sa rehiyon.

Suno naman kay Department of Health (Philippines) Usec Gloria Balboa, importante nga may mga specialty centers sa guwa sang National Capital Region ilabe na nga nagadamo ang malala nga balatian pareho sa heart kag lungs.

Magapadayon suno sa iya ang nagkalain-lain nga advocacy sang DOH agud matapna ang mga balatian may kaangtanan sa heart kag lungs.

Nangin guest of honor sa inauguration sang Regional Heart & Lung Center si Senator Joseph Victor Ejercito sa diin gintudlo niya si Congresswoman Julienne Baronda nga nagbulig agud matigayon ang proyekto. —via Cedrick Anona
