Patay ang 54-anyos nga lalaki sang gintiro sang naka-upod niya sa baylehan sa Sitio Catigpan, Brgy. Lawigan, San Joaquin mga las-3:30 kaina sang kaagahon.

Ginkilala ang biktima kay alyas Apa nga taga-Languanan, San Joaquin samtang ang suspect amo si alyas Kano sang Mabini Norte sang amo man nga banwa. Pareho nga naka-inom ang duha sang natabo ang krimen, suno sa police.

Sa dugang pa nga pagpangusisa sang police, posible nga ginhalinan sang pagba-isay sang duha ang pagpatay sang biktima sa pakaisa sang suspect sang 2022, suno kay Perez.
