Nagdihon sang manifesto ang Western Visayas Alliance of Transport Cooperatives and Corporation, Incorporated nga nagasuporta nga 25% lang sang jeepneys units halin sa first town ang pasudlon sa siyudad, samtang gamiton ang 15% kun magdugok ang mga pasahero sa tiun sang rush hour.
