Ini ang ginpanindugan ni Mr. Pepito Guevara, president sang Pitong Builders and Construction Supply, Inc. nga kontraktor sang multi-purpose building.

Yara na sa phase 2 suno sa iya ang proyekto kag natalana matapos sa Agosto subong nga tuig.

Paathag ni Guevara, wala man sang slippage ang ila pag-obra tungod wala pa natapos ang ila kontrata para sa phase 2.

Sa pagkamatuod, naga-ayo sila nga hawanan sang mga residente kag barangay ang obstruction sa area kasubong sang baligyaan kag mga naka-park nga motor kag tricycle agud mas masulhay ang ila pag-obra.

Sigehon sang kontraktor ang pag-obra sa multipurpose building base sa ila kontrata tubtob nga may direktiba na halin sa DPWH-Iloilo City District Engineering Office.
