Ini base sa ginpaguwa nga Executive Order No. 94, series of 2024 ni Mayor Jerry Treñas agud maproteksyunan ang mga Ilonggos kag mapabilin ang kalinong kag katawhay sang siyudad. Base sa EO sang alkalde, indi pagpahanugutan ang mga aktibidad nga maka-expose sa mga Ilonggo sa human trafficking, illegal gambling, kag iban pa nga illegal activities nga gina-angut sa POGOs.

Tungod sini, ginmanduan sang alkalde ang City Treasurer’s Office, City Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office, City Local Economic Enterprise Office, kag Iloilo City Police Office nga himuon ang tanan agud maimbestigaran ang anu man nga POGO establishments sa siyudad.
