ILOILO — Gin-dismiss sang judge ang kaso batok sa suspek sa pagpatay kay Jaypee Lego sa Poblacion Ilawod, Lambunao sang Hunyo 30.

Natabo ini sang nagtestigo ang amay nga si Nestor Lego sa arraignment sang kaso nga murder batok kay Ronaldo Celis sa Regional Trial Court Branch 76 sa Janiuay subong nga aga.

Ginpamangkot sang judge si Nestor kun ano ang iya tuyo sa pagtestigo kag iya ginsabat nga luyag niya ipa-dismiss ang kaso kag indi na sila magtestigo.

Nag-plead nga not guilty si Celis.

Wala naman nagtambong sa arraignment ang testigo nga si Anabelle, ang bayaw sang biktima nga nagtudlo kay Celis nga naglampos sang kahoy kag nagbuno kay Jaypee.

Tungod sa desisyon sang judge, iga-release subong nga adlaw si Celis.
