ILOILO — Preso sa Oton Police Station ang pulis nga nagtiro sang iya abyan kag upod sa pag-inom nga nagresulta sa pagkapatay sang biktima sa Barangay Sta. Rita, Oton kaina sang kaagahon, Agosto 16.

Ginkilala ang pulis kay Patrolman Mike Tagacay, samtang ang biktima amo si Mario Billones.

Suno kay Police Captain Leunilyn Talamillo, deputy chief sang Oton Police Station, nagaguwa sa ila imbestigasyon nga may nagluntad nga pagbaisay sa biktima kag suspek.

Ang ginlutaran sang krimen sa Brgy. Sta. Rita, Oton

Ginpabutyag ni Patrolman Tagacay nga may nakita siya nga pusil si Billones kag hana kuntani siya nga tiruhon pero gin-unahan niya.

Nag-surrender si Patrolman Tagacay dala ang iya government-issued nga 9mm nga pusil.

Gindala pa sa ospital si Billones pero wala natabangan tungod sang duha ka igo sang bala.

Ginsaysay naman sang nagabantay sa tiyangge nga si alyas Caloy nga nakabati siya sang apat ka lupok antes nakita nga nagakaya na ang biktima kag may pilas dughan. Naka-inom na suno sa iya ang biktima kag suspek kag naghapit lang sa tiyangge kag liwat nga nag-inom.

IMBESTIGARAN ANG PULIS

Nagpadulong sa Oton MPS si Iloilo Police Provincial Office Director, PCOL Bayani Razalan agud usisaon ang natabu.

Ginmandu ni Razalan sa Oton police nga imbestigaran si Pat. Tagacay.

Issued-firearm ang gingamit ni Patrolman Tagacay.

Samtang na-recover ang 45 calibre sang biktima kag gina-check pa kun lisensyado.
