Natukiban nga indi rehistrado nga doktor si Faderugao tungod wala sang Certificate of Registration halin sa Medical Board Commission, kag wala sang lisensya kag kwalipikasyon nga mag-perform sang cosmetic treatment procedures sang gin-verify sa Professional Regulation Commission (PRC),

Na-aresto ang subject sa entrapment operation sang nakabaton sang marked money halin sa poseur-client para sa Gluta Drip procedure.

Ginmanduan ang subject nga ipakita ang mga dokumento nga nagapamatuod nga legal ang iya ginahimo pero wala siya sang may ginpresentar sa NBI.

Nakuha sa iya ang mga devices, surgical tools, kag iban pa nga paraphernalia nga iya ginagamit sa pag-perform sang cosmetic treatment procedures.

PAATHAG NI FADERUGAO

Ginahatagan sang 10 ka adlaw si Faderugao agud magsumiter sang iya counter affidavit, suno sa iya abogado nga si Atty. Jobert Pahilga.

Suno kay Pahilga, nakapiyansa na ang iya kliyente kahapon, August 21, kag ma-submit na lang sila sang counter affidavit.

Gin-ako sang abogado nga wala sang record ang iya kliyente sa Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) kag Certificate of Registration halin sa Medical Board Commission, apang graduate siya sang Medicine kag Bachelor of Science in Biology.

Ginpabutyag man ni Atty. Pahilga nga antes nagnegosyo si Faderugao, nagatrabaho siya sa mga aesthetic clinics sa nagkalain-lain nga pungsod sa kapareho nga propesyon. —via Cedrick Anona
