Ginhimo sang gobernador ang announcement sa flag raising ceremony sa provincial capitol kahapon, Setyembre 30.

Ginpahayag sang gobernador nga personal niya nga desisyon ang pagpili kay Debuque base man sa advise sa iya sang Partido Federal ng Pilipinas.
