ILOILO CITY – Nag-file ang mga Ilonggo nga Kongresista sang resolution nga nagahingyu sa Congressional Committee on Energy nga mag-conduct sang inquiry, in aid of legislation may kaangtanan sa malawig nga blackout sa Panay, Guimaras, kag Negros Occidental sang Abril 27, 28, kag 29.

Ini ang gin-file nanday 5th District of Iloilo Rep. Raul Tupas, Iloilo City Lone District Rep. Julienne Baronda, 2nd District of Iloilo Rep. Michael Gorriceta, 3rd District of Iloilo Rep, Lorenz Defensor, USWAG Ilonggo Rep. Jojo Ang, kag Negros Occidental Rep. Jose Francisco Benitez.

Luyag nila nga mahibaluan kun ano ang tul-id nga rason sa nagluntad nga power outage kag kun sin-o ang dapat pasabton tungod madamo ang nahul-an.

“[T]here is an urgent need to conduct an inquiry and investigation on the occurrences of these power outages so that an immediate solution to address the impending power “crisis” can be formulated and for Congress to adopt the necessary legislative measures to prevent the same from happening again,” suno pa sa resolution.
