Suportado sang mga miembro sang Sangguniang Bayan sa Dumangas ang resettlement project sang National Housing Authority.
Gin-athag ini ni SB Member Ronaldo Golez matapos nga nag-rally ang pila ka residente sang damlag lang. Suno kay Golez, indi lang sila pabor sa resolution nga naga-endorso sang final development permit bangud may kulang nga mga dokumento. Ini ang rason nga wala siya nagpabor sa resolution upod ang apat pa ka SB members samtang apat lang ang nagpabor sa bi notohay sang Mierkules.
Ginpahayag ni Golez nga wala pa sang lista ang Municipal Social Welfare Development Office gani nagalibog ang ulo niya kon ngaa may naga-rally. Ginpabutyag ni Golez nga prayoridad nga hatagan sang balay ang mga residente nga direkta nga na-apektuhan sang supertyphoon Yolanda. Mabenepisyuhan man ang mga naga-istar sa sulod sang danger zone kag bisan ang mga informal settlers.
Dugang sang SB member, masobra pito ka libo ang maka-benepisyo sa proyekto.
THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF DISTURA IS WHEN HE PUT THE SB MEMBERS IN DANGER FROM THE OUTRAGE OF INNOCENT DEMONSTRATORS, HAVING INSTIGATED SUCH ORGANIZED RALLY AND DISTRACTED THE OFFICIAL SESSION OF THE SANGUNIANG BAYAN AS WELL.

* To promote safety of all sa aton Banwa, Distura should have set a safe distance of about 200 meters radius between SBs and Demonstrators. Pero gin allow nya nga mag saka ang mga Tawo sa Municipio para kulang na lang ipa dumog ya mga inosente nga Tawo sa mga SBs. Pensara ninyo ang RESIKO nga iya gin dulot . Halimbawa ya sini, ang aton Presidente nga nag sugo sa mga Demonstrators nga sudlon ang HALL OF THE PHILIPPINE SENATE AND CONGRESS while in session. Ti tama bala ini??
For whatever reason ngaa gin himu mo ini Distura?? SOBRA GID KA SALA! Why not oblige the Contractors and other stakeholders who circumvent and disregard the “ PROSESO “, to comply with the missing requirements AS SOON AS POSSIBLE???? For one and in the first place, THESE 5 SB MEMBERS WHO ARE JUST DOING THEIR MANDATED DUTIES BASED BY LAW, HAD OFFICIALLY PASSED A RESOLUTION OF “ NO OBJECTION “ TO THE HOUSING PROJECT, A VERY CLEAR GESTURE OF HOW DEEPLY CONCERNED THEY ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF KASIMANWAS AFFECTED BY CALAMITIES IN A DANGER ZONE AREAS OF OUR TOWN.
Wala sing basulon kundi IT IS YOU DISTURA WHO MAKES EVERYTHING COMPLICATED AND DISRUPTING THE “ PEACE and ORDER “ OF OUR TOWN !!!
