Iloilo City: 4 ka mga Opisyal sang DPWH 6, Gin-dismiss sa Serbisyo bangud sa Kaso nga Grave Misconduct

Gin-dimiss ang 4 ka opisyales sang Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) 6 bangud sa kaso nga grave misconduct.
Nagpaguwa sang desisyon ang Supreme Court 2nd Division sang Abril 15, 2015 nga naga-dismiss sa serbisyo kanday DPWH 6 Director Wilfredo Agustino, Engineers Rudy Canastillo, Cecil caligan kag Edward Canastillo.
Magluwas nga ginpahalin sa serbisyo, nagmandu man ang korte nga indi na sila makatrabaho sa gobyerno.
Ginsuportahan sang Korte Suprema ang desisyon sang Ombudsman sang Abril 21, 2005 nga guilty sa grave misconduct ang 4 ka mga opisyales sang DPWH 6.
Ginreklamo ang 4 ka mga opisyales may kaangtanan sa 26 million pesos road project sa Mali-ao–Bucari road sa Leon sang 2001.
This is the right ruling. Have known Mr Caligan and sad to say his lifestyle is proof enough. He and his wife came from humble beginnings but suddenly they were able to afford expensive things without even any other means of income. I have watched their lives turn from rags to riches but not because of hardwork or good luck.
