ILOILO – Nagakalangkag na ang Tultugan Festival nga ipasundayag sa Aliwan Fiesta ang talento sang mga Maasinhon kag bamboo-made instruments nga bugal sang banwa.

Itiglawas sang Tultugan Festival ang Kasadyahan sa Kabanwahanan sang Iloilo Provincial Government sa Aliwan Fiesta 2024, nga gina-organize sang Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC).
