Sa report sang Philippine Army, si Ka Tonying ang may siyam ka pending warrants of arrest sa criminal cases pareho sang murder gamit ang unlicensed firearms, unlawful possession of explosives with frustrated murder, five counts sang rebellion, robbery in band, kag violation sang Anti-Piracy and Anti-Highway Robbery Law.

We are still consolidating more information and witnesses on the extent of his extortion activities and operations to further bolster the criminal charges against him.
